Promotional rates are valid for stays between March 1, 2021 and April 11, 2021. Pricing based on two adults and does not include taxes, gratuity or daily resort fee. Two-night minimum is required. Additional nights will be billed at standard nightly rate. Starting rate is based on Colonial room type and may change based on availability and room type. Promotion cannot be combined with any other offer, sale promotion, or prior purchase/reservation. Refunds will not be issued for any part of the package not used. The first night of your stay is charged as deposit at the time of your reservation. The cancellation policy for any reservation at the resort is 5 days prior to arrival. Late cancellations forfeit one night’s room rate, resort fee and tax.
