Known in the old days as “La Cueva del Indio” this enchanting wedding destination is the dream-come-true location for intimate ceremonies and unforgettable receptions.
Feel the warmth of the Caribbean sun and the passion of Puerto Rico’s Old Walled City, joined together in spectacular garden terraces, including our famous Wall Of Orchids and dramatic outdoor spaces for nuptial gatherings from 10 to 250 guests.
Romantic, historic and exclusive…and for a beach wedding ask about our “Beach Shack”
on a cliff right on the water, with parking for 30 cars adjacent. “Great Bar B Q Pit”.
There are twenty-five unique guest rooms, including four quite different Honeymoon Suites. The Gallery Inn has many alluring event spaces including the magical and candlelit Sunken Wedding Garden with its swimming pool that winds around an ancient wall through two doorways. The Cannon Dining Room seats formally eighty guests and is directly below the Alamanda Garden. Here grow an abundance of trees; neem, lime, avocado, star fruit, and a custard apple. Amongst them one will enjoy the fragrance of jasmine, hoya and night blooming cerius aside a wall of exotic orchids. Our hydroponic towers grow the herbs and greens that our chef will use in preparation of the delicious offerings from our kitchens.

Please note that the maximum capacity for a seated dinner is 80 people. Up to 250 guests may be served buffet style in all the gardens and banquet rooms.

We proudly offer you a list of musicians we recommended who frequently perform at The Gallery Inn. Please let us know your wishes. Classical guitar, accordion, violins and a disk jockey, are on our list.
EVENT SPACE RENTALS
The perfect wedding requires the perfect setting and our Gallery offers several from intimate gardens for the wedding vows to the candlelit dining room making us ideal for either a small or large reception. Space rentals are to be arranged with the Inn and are typically scheduled to commence at 3 p.m. and conclude at 11:00. The end time is not changeable; however the start time can vary depending on your needs. Please inquire regarding rental fees for the various spaces because fees may be reduced based on the number of rooms taken by your guests staying at The Inn.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
SERVICE and SET UP FEE
All event fees are subject to a 22% service charge and 7% government sales tax.
COORDINATION FEES The Gallery Inn offers partial or full coordination of the following: budget determination, customization of the menu, arrangements and table settings, finding of florists, photographers and/or musicians. Please inquire about rates for this service.
SAVE THE DATE
The fee to guarantee and save the date of your event is $ 500. which is non-refundable but will be credited to the 50 % deposit required upon contract signing (see below).
PAYMENT SCHEDULE UPON acceptance of the signed contract, a 50% deposit is required. This deposit is refundable up to 90 days before the date of your event. If cancellation occurs after 90 days, the deposit will not be returned. Final payment is required to be paid in full no later than 30 days before your event.
EXTRAS TO THINK ABOUT…
How about a special gift for each guest from our art studios? For example, consider a unique Jan D’Esopo print menu (lithograph), which can be signed during dinner by Jan, herself, as a memento of the occasion. The Gallery Inn features its own book entitled “If Walls Could Talk”, which shares the history of this landmarked, historical property written from the perspective of the house itself. The Gallery Inn has its own ceramic oven where all our dinner service is made. Why not commission a small plate as your gift to guests? There is no limit to our talents and what can be coordinated for your special evening.
