Policies
Minimum Stay:
- High Season (November 15th - April 15th) : A 2 day minimum stay is required during weekends.
Cancellation Policy:
- High Season (Nov.15th - April 15th): Full payment required 30 days in advance and is non-refundable.
- Low Season(April 16th- Nov. 14th): Full payment required 14 days in advance and is non-refundable.
Taxes:
- We charge a 9% Government Tax and 9% Hotel Tariff.
Rooms:
- We cannot assign specific rooms until the day of your arrival.
- We only reserve specific rooms in advance if you reserve one of our Top Suites.
Check out:
- Check-out is at 12:00 noon.
- Late check-out is available until 4:00pm for an additional charge of $35.00 (LS) and $50.00 (HS). Every additional hour is $20.00.
- Storage for your luggage is available for late departures and early arrivals.
Check in:
- Check-in time is at 3:00pm.
Parking:
- If you have your vehicle parked in one of our 6 parking spaces, we ask that you leave the keys at the Front Desk.
- No vehicles are allowed in the driveway at any time.
Considerations of rooms:
- Please do not consume any food or drinks in them.
- There is no smoking allowed in the rooms, there is a garden assigned for smokers.
- We welcome well-behaved children!
- We are a pet-friendly enviornment, check with our Front Desk
Breakfast:
- Is served from 7:30am to 10:30am. A lovely breakfast buffet is included with your stay. (If you would like anything else, it can be provided at an additional cost.).
Birds:
- Our birds are young and in training, please do not touch them or allow them to get on you at any time.
- We ask you not to smoke in our front garden where the birds spend most of their day.
Closing up your room:
- Please keep your windows and doors closed while you are not in your room. It may rain at any moment!
