Policies

Minimum Stay:

  • High Season (November 15th - April 15th) : A 2 day minimum stay is required during weekends.

Cancellation Policy:

  • High Season (Nov.15th - April 15th): Full payment required 30 days in advance and is non-refundable.
  • Low Season(April 16th- Nov. 14th): Full payment required 14 days in advance and is non-refundable.

Taxes:

  • We charge a 9% Government Tax and 9% Hotel Tariff.

Rooms:

  • We cannot assign specific rooms until the day of your arrival.
  • We only reserve specific rooms in advance if you reserve one of our Top Suites.

Check out:

  • Check-out is at 12:00 noon. 
  • Late check-out is available until 4:00pm for an additional charge of $35.00 (LS) and $50.00 (HS). Every additional hour is $20.00. 
  • Storage for your luggage is available for late departures and early arrivals.

Check in:

  • Check-in time is at 3:00pm.

Parking:

  • If you have your vehicle parked in one of our 6 parking spaces, we ask that you leave the keys at the Front Desk.
  • No vehicles are allowed in the driveway at any time.

Considerations of rooms:

  • Please do not consume any food or drinks in them.
  • There is no smoking allowed in the rooms, there is a garden assigned for smokers.
  • We welcome well-behaved children!
  • We are a pet-friendly enviornment, check with our Front Desk

Breakfast:

  • Is served from 7:30am to 10:30am.  A lovely breakfast buffet is included with your stay.  (If you would like anything else, it can be provided at an additional cost.).

Birds:

  • Our birds are young and in training, please do not touch them or allow them to get on you at any time.
  • We ask you not to smoke in our front garden where the birds spend most of their day.

Closing up your room:

  • Please keep your windows and doors closed while you are not in your room.  It may rain at any moment!
